I've been using appblock for a few months now (premium version), and it's a game changer. I created a few schedule modes for work and rest, which works well, especially with the script mode. I really recommend this app, but it will be even better if it has a version for Mac OS because I have some distracting apps there, too😏

I was struggling with concentrating on my school, bcause I have a kot on my plate now…Also I was Ig Scrolling addicted for a while and I spent much time on it every day.I bought a premium subscription for a year, to try it and I’m fascinated by how it helped me.I know already, that by the time, that the Yearly subscription will pass out, I will buy a lifetime subscription.From 8-9 hours on my phone daily (At work and at home)I have a 2 hours daily average per week now and I’m looking forward t cut it more and more with time.It’s time to end your phone addiction, if you’re looking at this and I suggest you to try this app.
