Nordman CRM is the sales support for sales agents in FMCG, service, pharmacy, mass caterers, and construction. With Argus CRM, the sales agent can get started quickly, having everything in place, without internet connection.

Nordman CRM gives your sales a great start of the day with full track of scheduled appointments, appointment history, order status, and promotions. You are also in control of your customer appointments without the need for Internet connection. At the end of the day, you can view a summary of your activities and transfer the day’s work to the back office with a simple push of a button.

Argus CRM (this program) will need a working installation of Argus to function. Argus can be provided and implemented only by Nordman.

* News:
-You can now mark and drag multiple customers to the calendar simultaneously when planning visits.
-Filter multiple customer classes at once using the filter funnel.
-Listing status is now visible on order lines.
-Discounts can be changed or removed during approval.
-Reduce the size of presentations that are too large to email in the preview.
-Order line item status is now updated when releasing pending orders.
-Argus now supports decimal VAT rates for applicable markets.

* Bug Fixes:

-Inactive customers are now shown in planning.
-Fixed order value not displaying when placing an order.
-Customers with a wholesaler's place name are no longer incorrectly shown when searching by location.
-Resolved an issue where customers were not removed from the “not visited” filter after the required number of visits.
-Fixed a bug on iPhone causing incorrect status changes in order history after an order was placed.
