Subscriptions:
You will need a subscription in order to get access to the full learning materials. Your subscription is set to auto-renew. You can change your subscription plan or turn off auto-renewal up to 24 hours before the renewal date in the settings of your Apple Account. When a subscription is cancelled, access to the app’s courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Progressing fast in French
I have been using the app for French for a while. At the beginning just the app (started from very basics), now (last 3 months) as a supplement for the official French course I am attending at language institute (A2).
I am trying to do one lesson a day (10 min tops) in the app and I can say it follows the learning plan of my official course. I have got a bit ahead with a grammar in it ( the app explains it really well), so now I am basically reviewing stuff on class, which really helps me to build the knowledge fast.

Good, but room for improvement
Good app! Miles better than its more well known competitor. There are two issues however: it is not possible to use writing with German without German keyboard. I'm not going to install it and I'd prefer the option to have reviews and stuff ignore umlauts and accept double S for gross S. Also it doesn't seem possible to configure I only ever wanna use writing in reviews. I have to select it every time. I use the app on the go without headphones and I'm not going to be listening to my phone aloud nor talking to out while out and about.
Update: The Babbel support is not very good. Downgraded the review to 3 stars not 4.

Spanish great, French so-so
I wrote once a word that the French guys are talking too quickly and I have the feeling that you slowdowned the Spanish ones :-)))) which we’re totally fine! I wish that the FRENCH speakers would talk way more clearly!!! Especially for the beginner like me is really difficult to catch the words they are saying even with listening again :-(
But still very satisfied and happy to learn two nice languages, keep improving!
