Spend alerts for personal credit cards have arrived. Customers can now get notifications for credit card payments as they happen. You can manage these spend alerts for credit and debit card spends in the Cards section of the app.

Very poor experience
This is a tragic app and an embarrassment for a bank in 21st century. Face ID keep failing, very slow loading. When you compare this app to Revolut, N26, Monese or basically any banking app, you see how bad BoI really is. They should redesign this from scratch. By the way, this is the only bank where I had to call their customer service to activate the card. Please don't do this anymore in 2023.

Extremely inconvenient
The 3-out-of-six digits login method is something out of the 1990s phone banking, unlikely to actually be cryptographically strong, and EXTREMELY inconvenient on the go - it’s even slower than just entering 6 digits, which is saying something. All Czech banks support Face ID at least to view the account and to confirm small transactions, time for Ireland to catch up.
Stopped working
Absolute disaster, stopped working, always bugging. 21st century and i can’t access to my money..thinking about to change the bank
