Once you've completed a step test, you'll receive detailed reports in PDF format—perfect for printing and sharing. Beep also tracks your training progress over time, showing how much time you've spent in each of your heart rate zones over a 4-week period. This gives you a clear picture of your intensity levels helping you refine your training plan for maximum results.
Features like Food Response and Food History allow you to track how specific meals affect your glucose levels, helping you continue with meals that provide your desired response. You can also pinpoint the optimal fueling windows for peak performance and recovery. Adding ketone measurements provides even deeper insights into how your body responds during fasting and recovery.
