And now (September, 2011), Zenkoukai manages a Social Welfare Facility Complex 'The Santafe Garden Hills' (Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan), and Group home for dementia patients, 'Fractal Village' (Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan).
