Online check in doesn’t work
The online check-in doesn’t work correctly, it does not take into the account the frequent flyer program you fill in. I lost points because of this (the flight was automatically credited to my CE account) since the airline refuses to take responsibility for the bug even though I have a screen recording. Absolutely pathetic.
