Ideální pomocník na cesty Prahou. Citymove umí nejsnazší platby za parkování, v modrých, fialových i oranžových zónách. Umožňuje i platbu parkování pro elektomobily s nižší sazbou. Můžete si uložit libovolný počet svých registračních značek, včetně popisku a obrázku vašeho auta. A pokud preferujete auto, najde vám parkovací možnosti v okolí destinace. City move obsahuje platby za parkování ve všech rezidentních zónách, takže konečně můžete parkovat v klidu i v Praze. Na jeden klik je také prodloužení nebo zkrácení parkování, bez zbytečného běhání k parkovacím automatům.

Disappointed after update

I am disappointed. I had been using the app for more than a year and I was happy. After the recent updates, the app only offers a limited choice of parking times: for example 30 minutes for 30 CZK, 60 minutes for 60 CZK and so on. Previously, I was able to choose a much more precise time (10 minutes, 15 minutes etc). I have checked another app and they offer more granular options. I am sorry, guys, small things matter. Probably I will switch to the other one.

I used to use this app for payment for parking around Prague. But with the latest change in payments methods I deleted this app and using Litacka app instead. Reason? Payments methods management in the app. Last time - change of provider of payments, must register and activate new card. OK, but NOK when you parked and want to proceed with payment. This time - some new categorization of payment methods - work / private card. Cannot use my stored card, force me to register new payment card. I choose new personal and it asks me if I want to replace existing one which I cannot use for payment. Are you kidding me? What is this? 3 clicks in Litacka and possible to pay via Apple Pay without necessity to register any card and without any additional fees.

Hello, We needed to change our partner for parking fee payments, and with this change, we are using a different payment gate. That's why it is necessary to log in again and add a new payment card. But it should be done in minutes, not as long as you describe. We are sorry for the complications. Thank you for understanding. Citymove team

Used to be great, now also expensive

I used the app quite extensively for parking, public transport tickets and occasionally for car or bike rentals. The app is very clear and easy to use. However, it was never the only good app providing these services. That’s why it is strange that they would introduce (April 2024) an insane, up to 10% service charge fee on parking and 5% on public transport tickets and kill their user base.PID Litacka for example provides nearly the same parking and public transport options at no extra fees. Obviously that’s the one I’ll be using from now on and leaving Citymove as a backup app for rentals. Very dissapointing from what I used to refer to as a great example of a service minded app.

Hello, thank you for your review. The only other app without a service fee is an app run by the city, so its development is funded by the taxes - from you and even from us. Which gives us quite an unfair disadvantage. We don't get any funds from the city. In fact, the service fee is almost our only source of revenue, and we provided this service for 5 years completely for free. Despite that, Citymove offers the option to prolong or shorten the parking session, or even end it prematurely, which might, in the end, save you more money than what you'd spend on the small service fee. Also, there never was any fee for the public transport tickets. All the tickets cost exactly the same amount as anywhere else. However, due to increased transactional costs, we had to remove the online payment option, as every public transport ticket sold generated more costs than revenue. Thank you for understanding

Lack of engineering & product excellence

1. Opened the app - crashed; 2. Opened the app back and got freezed and ask to upgrade; 3. Upgraded the app; 4. Got logged out; 5. Got logged back in; 6. No credit card error. Tried to add my credit card back - a Revolut card that I used with Citymove for a very long time; 7. Got an error that I CANNOT use the card. Payment provider doesn’t allow it; 8. Went to search for a parking machine. I’ve been using the app for a very long time and recommended the app to many people. It is difficult to comprehend how such a company has such an attitude to engineering, product & release excellence: one release and break the major functionality in the moment of need.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We had to change the parking fee payment provider, and that's why it is necessary to add a new payment card. Unfortunately, our current payment gate does not allow cards from companies outside of the EU, which some Revolut cards are. Have a great day,Citymove team
