I am conflicted about this service. The pricing is fine, esp. with weekend packages. Cars are new-ish but in wildly different visual and technical states. Support, from my experiences, is unfortunately indifferent to any issues (which is something that shocks me every time). And it happened few times that their service was completely unavailable during peak hours. So my shot? Has potential, needs polishing.

I would say, say that this is one of the best carsharing services in Prague. The price of some cars is really very small. Often, it happens that the car does not open or has some other problems and the support just solves this situation by telling you to go look for another one (it's especially unpleasant when you went for this car 30 minutes on foot and in the end, not even a bonus). Also, I would like to add some kind of bonus system if a person writes about any problems with the car in support. Also please add information that the car can be refueled only when the tank is less than 20%, because with me, too, it often happened that I went specifically to the gas station (spent money on it, and the support says, there is 25%, please go away). 200Kč bonus - YGNB5R

*Very disappointing experience so far*I want to share my ongoing experience with Anytime Carsharing.During my rental I had a very minor parking scratch. I acted in full good faith: I left my contact details at the scene, informed the other vehicle owner, and reported to Anytime as soon as I could (my phone battery had died). The police did not issue any fine, as the matter was resolved responsibly.Despite this, Anytime invoiced me 13,692 CZK — not only for a contractual penalty of 1,000 CZK (which I accept), but also for an estimated repair cost (not an actual invoice), plus “emergency service” and admin fees. The car was perfectly drivable and continued to be used by other customers, yet I was still charged for an “emergency technician.”I am still in discussion with Anytime about this case, but so far the replies have been disappointing, I have felt treated unfairly as a customer despite doing my best to act responsibly.I tried to resolve this amicably and even offered a fair settlement, but Anytime refused and instead I was met with rigid replies and an insistence that estimates equal “actual costs.”Based on this experience, I will not be using Anytime again, and I advise others to be very cautious. I will update this review once the case is fully resolved.

I’ve been using the Anytime Car Sharing app frequently, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the service it provides. The app is user-friendly, making it easy to find and book a car whenever I need one. The availability of vehicles could be better but also depends where you live. What truly stands out, though, is their customer support. I’ve had to call them a few times with various questions, and each time, I’ve been met with friendly and helpful representatives who were more than willing to assist. Their quick and efficient response has made my experience with Anytime even better.I would appreciate extens the location out of Prague, the location around Kladno and so.Overall, I highly recommend Anytime Car Sharing to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable car-sharing service. It’s a great solution for anyone who needs flexible transportation without the hassle of owning a car.
