“Phone number entering bug”
Im from the Czech Republic, and my app is in Czech.. which is amazing! BUT when i try to type in my number, it strictly doesn’t let me to type in “+420”. It automatically goes into “+42 0…”
Can’t get around it either. Tried to copy and paste, the app just doesn’t let me fill in that Czech “+420”
Happens to many people. Don’t know the reason for this random bug. It doesn’t even happen casually. It just randomly does.. sometime to someone..
Overall decent app, with minor flaws. Great buses.
Buses are clean, spacious, mostly on time and with working Wi-Fi. I travel regularly. App is decent, but there are still things to improve. I personally missed these: - tickets in Apple Wallet/Watch (used to be there months ago) - purchasing multiple tickets at once - user account with possibility to charge credit in advance for future purchases - refunds directly to bank/user account - make app to remember me agreeing with FlixBus conditions and not to force me to scroll and click for every single ticket every time. - automatically cancel the ride and refund when removing the ticket in app. - automatically receiving calendar invitation for the ride I purchased - having some purchasing history report - being able to check current bus position

Když se vám něco ztratí tak vám NEŘEKNOU nic, musíte čekat 2-14 dní na odpověď, a ještě vám diktujou, jak s nima máte mluvit když jim voláte o informace.
Ještě v angličtině:
The lost-and-found policy at Flixbus is highly suspicious.
a) you can only communicate with lost and found through a form
b) help desk employees with whom you CAN communicate refuse to speak to you on the subject of lost items and are often defensive and rude when merely confronted with the subject
c) it is impossible to learn the address of the places where Flixbus keeps lost items - and asking for this address makes employees suspiciously jumpy
d) the items can only be returned between 2-14 days - even though you could probably easily pick up your item should they allow for this by revealing the address of the place they keep lost objects
e) One employee told me that 99% of recovered objects are returned - but when they cover everything in so much secrecy, I assume “recovered” means “we have chosen to admit that we have found this item” - so items they want to keep will simply be labeled “not recovered” (and another employee lied that they would “call me tonight” which they didn’t so they DO lie as well.)
f) the lack of transparency of the process, which makes it harder for both the employees and travelers, makes me feel like this is just one big ploy to keep people’s possessions
