it’s not showing right now the total amount of sales in a day/week/ month. idk if it’s my personal problem but i think not. app is very good, if it’s possible to fix that and add net profit calculation it would be perfect 😂GUYSSSSS CAN U ANSWER ME IM TRYING TO REACH U OUT FEW MONTHS APP DOESNT TRACK SALES

There was a recent change to the WooCommerce Analytics experience that affects how sales statistics are displayed within the app. If you'd prefer to revert to the previous behavior, which will include orders that aren't yet completed in the analytics, you can follow these steps. First, from within a web browser, navigate to your site's WP Admin > Analytics > Settings. Then, change the "Date type" setting to "Date created". If that doesn't help, please reach out for help from the app and include your site URL. We'll be happy to investigate it further with you.

Like the app, even if it is refreshing slowly and there are lot of improvement needed ahead. But i have to uninstall it because the Jetpack which i dont want to carry on my shop to slow it down. Instead i will use some app that uses rest-api. Its a shame, i liked the app :(

Not possible to open the app

The app is collapsing when trying to open it. iPhone XS Max. Several trials. Always jist the logo page and then collapsed.

Hi there! Sorry to hear the app is crashing for you. Would it be possible for you to contact us using the contact form in the Help & Support section of the app and send us your site address and one specific day (the date) when you tried to open the app and it crashed together with the information you shared above about the device (make, model, etc) so we can find the exact event in our crash logs so we can investigate what is causing it? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Now you can log in easily with a QR-code. Duplicating a product opens the new copy and preserves original images. Refunds for orders with multiple shipping lines, or duplicate line items, now work as they should. Your POS catalog downloads more quickly, and you'll see smoother resizing of the app on iPad.
