For a long time now, the app keeps throwing errors. Sometimes I have to watch a single ad 3 times before it finally counts. It’s super annoying and ruining the experience.

I really enjoy this app; it lets me tune out reality and forget my own worries for a while—focusing instead on the troubles of the characters in the stories. I love watching these stories, and even though there are occasional flaws, I keep watching. The one thing that really bothers me personally is the incredibly high cost of the subscription. Paying 5,000 CZK for a full year? I fully understand that creating this kind of content takes a lot of work, but I think that if they lowered the price—say, to 1,500–2,200 CZK—it would be worth considering, and more people would likely buy it. I can't afford that amount, so unfortunately, once my trial period ends, I’ll have to go without it—which is a real shame because I’m genuinely interested in it. It’s a great app with real potential, but the marketing strategy makes no sense. Lower the price and sales volume will rise; at the current high price point, I’d venture to say the number of buyers is minimal.

The first few episodes are free. After that, they ask you for money (20€ per week) or you can watch ads and you have more episodes to watch. Watching 1 ad to open 5 episodes is a pretty good deal. But the next day, after watching the ad, you only have two short episodes available (about 1 minute per episode). So at the end, you watch 1 minute of advertising so you can see 2 minutes of the continuation of the story. Yes, you have some bonus coins for watching, which are usually enough for a few more episodes. But it's still not much. People, don't download this app, which only takes money from you for average to below average content. One more moment and I'll uninstall the app. And I highly don't recommend it.

I don’t know if there was a new update recently, but the way the app works now is really frustrating. Before, I could watch an advertisement to unlock two parts, or watch ads to earn 20 coins, which I could use to unlock parts. I had around 17 ads available for the coins, and it was a really useful option for people who don’t want or can’t afford to pay for every part.Now, I don’t see either of those options anymore. It happens with every series I check, not just one specific show. Instead, the parts are simply marked as Premium and I’m told that I need to unlock them, without giving me the option to watch an ad or earn coins.I also think it’s important to remember that not everyone has enough money to spend on an app. Some people need their money for food, school, family and other important things, so they simply can’t spend money on something they don’t necessarily need. That’s why the option to watch ads and earn coins was so important. It allowed people to enjoy the app without having to pay for every part.If this is because of a new update, please reconsider this change and bring the previous options back. ReelShort is honestly a great app and I really enjoy watching the series on it. I would happily continue using it if the option to watch ads and unlock parts was available again.If this continues and the previous options are not brought back, I will probably uninstall the app. I honestly don’t think I’ll be the only one. I really hope this is only a temporary issue and that the old options will return. I’m giving 2 stars because I really don’t like this decision if it wasn’t just a mistake or a temporary issue. Otherwise, I would honestly give the app 5 stars. The ads never bothered me enough to make me stop watching, and I actually think ReelShort is a really great app. I would really appreciate it if you could reconsider this decision and bring the previous options back. If this is actually just a technical issue, then I’m sorry for the misunderstanding.
