Sign-in problem

Since iOS/iPadOS 14 and the new captcha verification it is very difficult to sign in and work in app. Sometimes it doesnt need it, sometimes app wants me to sign in after a minutes of using it (my account is ok, my selling is ok, try to enter the messages -> let’ sign in, captcha and freeze ). Before iOS 14 and new captcha verification it was easy and always ok.
eBay doesn’t honor their guarantee

I ordered an item but never received it. And I never got a refund after I submitted a ticket to rectify, it was $163. The seller claimed it was one of a kind & was the last one, but after purchase another immediately appeared. Never saw the item so unsure if it was authentic. The seller closed the return period after I submitted the complaint, they claimed to have sent it again and then eBay just closed the ticket without resolving the problem, I can’t even log back into the original ticket (their email claims I can) nor can I write a negative review for the seller. Very disappointed. Never using eBay again. They make false promises and let people rip you off.
Even if I have automatic translations turned off, the app still translates the titles of each auction, including the names of manufacturers and brands, into my language in such an imperfect and ridiculous way that it is often impossible to guess what is being offered for sale. Why can't the user choose English as the only app's language? For years before there was no other option for us and everything worked perfectly, but most importantly it was immediately clear what items were being offered.
