Hi! Thanks for the app. One feature suggestion: make the vehicle selection possible on the same screen with parking time selection … for users with more cars in the app, the current design does not really help to buy parking for the right vehicle - so it might make you to pay, but for wrong vehicle and even pay penalty for unauthorized parking! Great app, but a useful feature is missing

I use EasyPark regularly and I’m very satisfied with it. The app is user-friendly and makes paying for parking much easier. However, I would really appreciate a new feature – the option to receive notifications when stopping in a paid parking zone. It would be great if the app could automatically detect that I’ve parked in an area where payment is required and send me a reminder so I don’t forget. Of course, this should be an optional feature that each user can enable as needed. I believe this would save many people from unnecessary stress and potential fines. Otherwise, I highly recommend the app!Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

I prepaid my parking through this app for approx. 2.5 days assuming that I will need to park for such a long time. I got a price quote of approx. 18 EUR. However, as my plans changed and I needed to leave earlier (after 1 day), I decided to use the "Stop Parking" function. I believed the app would only charge me for the actually utilized parking time. At first, this seemed to be true as after finishing my parking, my receipt indicated that only 7.89 EUR was charged. Unfortunately, this turned out to be incorrect assumption. After checking my credit card account I found out that the original full amount out 18 EUR was charged instead. It appears the app is unable to handle such situations and you'll always be charged for the unused time. If this is really like that, I don't see any point in using this rubbish app. I'm going to claim the extra expense through my bank using my receipt as the evidence of the unreasonable charge.

Rental car functionality

App is really easy to use. It would be great to add functionality which deletes car from your account at specified date. This is must if you use easypark for rental vehicle. Last time, I forget to delete rental car from my account. Unfortunately, I have allowed automatic camera parking and get charged after several weeks when someone else rented the same car as me. Based on term and conditions you are responsible for deletion of car you are not using anymore. BUT it is easy to forget. I have reported this to easypark. Lets se if I get my 18€ back.If easypark really wants to make parking easy there should be option to set expiration date for each license plate. Thats the reason for 3 stars otherwise the app is great.
