I have been playing for over a year, now. Not every day, but almost. It is great to see, how much better my results are, when I am rested or after a physical exercise, such as running. Thank you for those few minutes every day. I believe, it really helps my brain to be “ready”. ;-)

I overall enjoy Lumosity, though I think with just a few small adjustments, it could be much better.1. I’d like to have an option to control how long I have for each game/task. For example, sometimes in Raindrops the drops fall too quickly for me, which makes me start to guess when stressed about losing. It would be more efficient for my brain-training, if I could control the rate at which the drops fall and actually have enough time to make the calculation. 2. Generally speaking, the games are too short in my opinion. At soon as I feel my brain is just starting to break a sweat, the game is over and the next one comes up. I study a Lot and I’ve become sensitive to when my brain is actually starting to be strained out of working hard. Lumosity just doesn’t bring me there yet - I am only getting ‘warmed up’ when the exercise module is over ‘for today’. I do understand this is necessary for helping people feel like they’re making progress, and perhaps to increase the likelihood someone actually plays every day, but I would greatly appreciate an Option to be able to tell the game, “Hey, I want this game to last a bit longer, and be a bit slower too”. I feel these would drastically improve the efficiency on this App - in terms of what it purports to achieve.
Minor bugs

Leaving the question whether this actually helps to train your brain aside… some of the games have quite unfortunate bugs. For example, the bird flock game displays a green tick or Red Cross after every swipe. Which is ok but it sometimes appears on top of the middle bird and you have to wait until it disappears. Similarly, the colourful leaves game… I can swipe faster than the leaves can change their colour. Meaning sometimes I swipe fast before the leave changes colour, but the rules are already changed, so it is counted as a mistake on my part.
