I cancelled my subscription, yet I was charged again anyway. I cannot find an active subscription in my Apple account, and the payment appears to be processed directly by DramaWave. There is no clear payment history, no proper cancellation confirmation, and getting help seems nearly impossible.I am now worried that they will continue charging me every week, even though I have already cancelled. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company just to stop unwanted payments and get their money back.Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this app to think twice before entering their payment details. Check the negative reviews before subscribing, because I am clearly not the only person reporting problems with recurring charges after cancellation.I am requesting a full refund and confirmation that no further payments will be taken. Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.Very disappointing experience. Zero stars if that were possible.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with a subscription service.The company refused to issue a refund even after I contacted them promptly. Their response was nothing more than a copy-and-paste explanation of their policy, with no willingness to review the situation fairly or treat me as a valued customer.It feels as though customer support exists only to deny requests rather than resolve problems. They speak about providing an "exceptional viewing experience," yet fail to provide even basic customer care when an issue arises.There are many streaming platforms that value long-term customer relationships. Unfortunately, DramaWave does not appear to be one of them.I will never subscribe again and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

The app itself is fine. What I am not happy with is the communication with support. I have an issue with a duplicate payment. Additional payments are still being deducted every week because the communication is very slow. I don’t know if they are doing it on purpose, but it doesn’t seem professional to me.
