VPN is stable fast and NordVPN support so many platforms so at home I can use it on my openwrt etc. Connection is stable and fast. Plis is cybersec when ads are removed (not perfectly for example in google news they are still here but less annoying).But what I dont unterstand is that mobile app still logging me off and I have to log in back. And it persists after updates, thats why one star down.
Useless in Asia, even worse customer service

NordVPN is nothing but a waste of money if you plan to use it in Asia. The service either slows your internet to a crawl or outright blocks your connection. In several countries, it didn’t work at all. Because of these constant issues, I couldn’t log in and ended up missing the 30-day refund window by just one day. Despite clearly explaining my situation, all I got was copy-pasted replies quoting their rigid refund policy. Zero empathy, zero flexibility, zero interest in helping their customers.It’s absurd that a service marketed as reliable and global doesn’t even function in large parts of the world. To make matters worse, the customer support is completely useless—robotic responses, no solutions, and no care for customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a VPN that works when and where you need it, avoid NordVPN at all costs. One star is too generous, but there’s no option for zero.

Almost impossible to cancel a subscription, no money-back

I've purchased NordVPN for a month for a business trip and then canceled my subscriptoion (I was thinking so). But a month later I was billed again, so I've revisited the subscription page and realized, that I didn't finish the whole process (5 confirmations that i want to cancel, then click a link in email). Canceled the subscription, requested a refund as it was billed by mistake (which is totally fine in such situation in other services), but no money, no refund, no money-back policy.I have a great feature request: you made almost impossible to cancel a subscription, so just remove the cancelation at all. Once a person subscribed once, he'll pay forever.

Internet connection breaking

A couple updates ago (approx. 1 month), I experience on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) an unstable connection. I have tried all settings possible but the internet breaks or doesn’t work at all. And the VPN connection even with auto-connect on disconnects when I turn off the screen for a few second and then reconnects when I turn the screen on. With bugs like these it’s unable to use daily and makes it very unreliable app. Please do something with it and fast. I have prolonged our deal for a reason and this is not it.
