Update 2: This second one was not a Wolt problem. I finally figured it all out and now i can pay for food with my meal vouchers YAY!Update: Wolt is clearly working on things, i can now add my benefit plus card as payment method. However i still can't use it, when paying, the app just says payment method failed and that's that. Pls continue fixing issues, icluding this.Hello Wolt, i generally enjoy your sevices. I'm happy about the new change where i should be able to add my benefit plus card as payment method, except it doesn't work. Every time i try to add it, the app says: "something unexpected happened" please fix this.

I made a purchase on this app (12kg of yogurt + other small items) and the venue changed my order due to unavailability to 12 items of yogurt of 140g!!) I immediately contacted support to cancel it and they said I can’t cancel. My items were changed and I don’t want the order anymore or to pay for delivery fees. They forced me to pay delivery fees and pick up the order but they will refund the money for the yogurt only. This happened to me before and they told me to contact them immediately once changes have been made so they can cancel my order and when I made this order today same thing happened and I immediately contacted them but they refused to cancel and their excuse was order is on the way already. Knowing that it’s so easy to contact the driver to return the items to the store. I saw the driver on the map when I contacted them he was literally there in front of the store. Things would have been so easy. They don’t respect their clients and their delivery system must be changed to protect the clients rights. They ruined my day. These apps are made for people’s comfort and I’m paying for that. Instead they gave me a headache. I’m deleting this app

But if your life has any structure to it whatsoever, you’re gambling. I’d strongly recommend building a 2-hour buffer into any Wolt order — or just skip it and order from somewhere with realistic ETAs.

Honestly it’s the worst thing that can ever happen to anyone. I mean you shouldn’t pay this people at all. The situation is much better before they try to help you. We both had Wolt+ subscription ordered food mostly every day but when we didn’t got all the ordered items they were like “the shop said it used to be there so you’re lying”. Pardon me what? After all the orders in like 4 years we just decided to steal 4 euros from the grocery. Definitely. Disappointing.
