Praise for Lifeline:
“I’ve played many games that I find engrossing, but Lifeline may be one of the first that changed the way I thought about my daily routine, which leapt off the screen and became a part of my lived experience.” - Eli Cymet, Gamezebo

“For a few brief hours I cared – really cared – about the fate of a completely fictional character. I don’t think any other game I’ve played has made me feel that way before.” - Matt Thrower, PocketGamer

Johnny The Slvt ,

Fifth one, best one?

So here we go, fifth game in the Lifeline series. And I straight up have to say that for me at least, it is the best one so far! I said that about the last one, though this one beats it easily, and that's something!

Maybe I am a bit biased, because I LOVE detective stories maybe a little too much, but hey, those were my childhood, those were my school days, those are my life now as a grown man. But biased or not, the writing in this one is SO impressive! At times I really felt like it's an actual thing happening, I was scared for Alex's life, I was really thinking hard about the decisions I had to make in order to get to the best ending and not just trying blindly knowing that I can always rewind if stuff goes wrong. And I still can't believe that I have already reached the end! Alex really grew on me!

Now the design of the app itself is SO awesome, it runs very smooth, it looks very realistic, it acts realistic. Even in the means that sometimes it crashes and so on... If that was intentional or if it's just a bug, I don't know, but it certainly didn't bother me, especially because crashes only happened after rewinding.

I REALLY hope there will be a sequel to this one, as I can't wait to hear from Alex again, he's probably my favorite character so far! And for all that, this game once again gets an 11/10 from me! If only that was a possible rating here on the App Store... :)
