Outlook for iOS works with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Outlook.com (including Hotmail and MSN), Gmail, Yahoo Mail and iCloud.

To make an in-app purchase of an Office 365 Home or Personal subscription, open the app, go to Settings and tap on Upgrade next to your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account. Subscriptions begin at USD 6.99 a month in the US, and can vary by region. With an Office 365 subscription, you get 1 TB of storage for each user, access to all features in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, and you can install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on PCs or Macs.
Office 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand. To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your iTunes account settings. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Great potential, crucial fix needed
Functions and features of this app are great - e-mails and calendar are just great. BUT there must be some bug developers are unable to fix - the app asks me to re-input my password of my e-mail account multiple times A DAY. I found it is quite common issue with no update really fixing this issue. Therefore I am switching back to iOS native e-mail app.
one of the worst app experiences I had
it’s great to view the calendar and have access to the emails but sending an email is an incredible pain.
signature is not automatically copied from the laptop version and needs to be updated in settings (would be great if it would at least suggest it and one would not have to search for it). text formatting is minimal - no option to change colors or highlight. replying to clients trying to entangle response in their message becomes therefore very inconvenient. very few default formatting styles yet not ensuring it will overwrite the original style e.g. when you copy a certain section from other source. opening the message on the web then results in very unprofessional mess further if you copy a part in nightmode it then is displayed with a black highlight and white text not reverting to automatic view. automatic rather random spacing after a paragraph/line items with no setting to change it. little worried what will come considering I used the app version on iPad only for two emails and am already regretting it
Bad spam filtering makes this unusable
It is already years and years, when emails whitch cannot be more obvious as a spam, still not being filtered. Being notified about new mail many times during the day and mostly is spam. Marking it as spam or phishing has no effect, olresdy marked like thousands of junk. It serms like the algorithm is not able to learn at all. Very stupid filter and of course rules will not help so please… And i wanna stress again, already at least 8 years not improving in this. Really annoyin, why cant u use AI or something to get rid of spam finally!!! I really like outlook otherwise, but have to use gmail and set outloo to forward all mail there since this is unberable.
