Cannot connect CCS
Also problems with connecting other cards, some bugs. Please fix it so all is inside the app and so you can add business CCS card.
Ok - not bad, not good
App works for its intended use, if user is patient enough. But It had slow response for selecting period of parking. Also when using 2 or more cars there was bug when I cannot select time, had to go back and then it changed selected car, so I payed for wrong one :(
Bugs with payments
Unfortunately there are many bugs now. Sometimes i can see that i paid, sometimes i cannot - i receive an email, so i know i have paid, but still its kinda less trustworthy than i would like it to be. Many times i thought i have prolonged my ticket while i actually havent.. It also crashes time to time and sometimes i need to “pay” via card instead of apple pay when taking the first free hour of parking. It used to be better, hope its gonna be sorted out soon.
Edit: i can see the link “download our new app from appstore” in the app, but it doesnt do anything. Ilustrates the situation best 🙃
