I really wish not having to writing the feedback here but to some feedback page. Look, once you install the device and connect it to the internet the best you can, you are aware about weak wifi signal. This constant information and worse the pop-up on the detail page is SO ANNOYING!!! Trust me that if I could, I really would make it better but what if I cannot! This annoying weak wifi info drives me crazy. In fact, this is why I don't use the app more often. Second thing to make better is energy consumption graph. When you have the data, why we cannot do more with them? Hope you get rid of the weak wifi alert ASAP and make the UX and feeling better.

Onesta is a joke… I have 5mx multisplit and one split optimized for heating. Onesta has problems last 3 years. 90% of the time not working. I reconnected the units multiple times bit the reason / and consulted with field engineers of Daikin is the poor application Onesta. Bart… Stefaan… this is a fail… sorry… I wonder Tomita lets this without consequences… shame.. dissapointmwnt about reputation Daikin strived to build in the decades… my hearth is bleeding but next choice is Toshiba… sorry guys… you lost more customer trust than you can imagine

By far worst heat pump app ever!

I never seen such lame, feature less application delivered with auch expensive heat pump. It doesn’t show ANY information about your pump at all. You have one tab - temperature which is so supid there is no lock or confirmation. If you don’t pay attention you set 28° home temp accidentally when putting phone into pocket. Same for domestic hot water. It doesn’t show ANT energy consumed/produced nor COP ratio. I regret buying this pump. I’m IT manager, but if my team would give me this, I would fire all of them!
