A modern investment application from Raiffeisenbank that allows simple and secure management of your investments. KEY FUNCTIONALITIES Raiffeisen Investing app solves all your investment needs. You can invest one-time or regularly in a wide range of investment products. You can choose from more than a thousand of stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and investment certificates. Mobile apps allow you to conveniently open an investment account and investment contract within 10 minutes, free of charge. In addition to investing, the app offers the option of advanced filtering of selected investment products according to the results of your investment questionnaire. This may be of particular interest to novice investors. Application is secured by a unique certification tool, which ensures utterly secure and comfortable access to the application. The app can be accessed either by using the 4-digit S-PIN, fingerprint function or facial recognition. The transactions themselves are confirmed in the same way. FOR WHOM IS THE APP NOW AVAILABLE? App is great for me but you have to reduce your fees and your onboarding process to stay competitive. You need to fill 15 documents it feels just to get started and fees for stocks seem excessive. I have read the reviews that you are in the process of developing it however you need to release the buy fractions of a stock or an ETF feature. Thank you and keep up the good work

I cannot select decimal number unit

When I try to buy in decimal number units(i.e. 0,2 units) from an EFT(Vanguard S&P 500) it doesn’t let me to select. It only allows integer number to enter(i.e. 1 Unit, 2 Units, etc.). Could you please tell me how can I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. As we already informed you in the email, the Raiffeisen Mobile Investment app currently does not support fractional purchases. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase only a portion of a given ETF, only whole units can be bought. We are preparing this option for our clients this year, and our development team is already working on its implementation. Hello, thank you for your feedback. As we already informed you in the email, the Raiffeisen Mobile Investment app currently does not support fractional purchases. The app freezes on the screen that says the bank is activating my investment account, which can take a few minutes and then I will receive a confirmation email. the email never arrives and the app goes back to the screen that requires me to sign documents. This happens despite me having the latest iOS and having uninstalled and installed the app repeatedly. nobody in the bank Call Center is able to give me any reasonable advice. it simply doesn’t work.

Then set the PIN in the new app, but then it failed to login. Shows just logo, and the error “Incorrect data”. Also says that some data about me is wrong or need to be updated and i need to go to Office or there is another option but doesn’t show it.
