Game is still crashing since 2016
With the most of apple products, this game is not optimized and keeps crashing in mid and end- game due performance issues. Developer know about this issue since 2016. Not been able to fix in 5 years. Not working on my MacBook pro 12, IPad 2 pro, nor iPhone X. Shame on the developer. You have released 10 new races just to get more money, but you have not been able to optimize the game for players. Insead, you just put that this game does NOT support almost all (15) except 2 graphic cards in MacBook pro to avoid the responsibility.
More Games Like This Aspyr
The best thing about this game is that it is a direct port from the Steam PC/Mac versions, no questions asked, and I love to have that on my iPad Pro, the Game runs flawlessly, and after increasing the resolution to retina level it looks the part (Google retina resolution civ 6 iOS, first link on reddit tells you how to do it), also shoutout to /u/Aspyr_Blair on reddit for being so community friendly.
My only wish is cross-compatible multiplayer, and I hope that’s somewhere in the roadmap. Also I’m super excited to see the Rise&Fall DLC to come out, so looking out for that.
Also please don’t pay too much attention to the 1star reviews, the game does crash sometimes, but with autosaves after every turn it’s not the biggest issue. And also the developers care deeply about this port and are sorting out bugs the fastest they can. To help them do that, please send them crash reports on their Aspyr website.

Best game, but laggy
Hello, I really love civilisation games and I’m glad that I can play it on my iphone. But with my iPhone 6s it’s pretty laggy. So I would like If there was some kind of graphics settings, like in the PC version, or something that could improve that. I know that developers are busy making civ 7, so know that they’ll probably not going to improve it, but I still think it would be way better for people like me, who can’t afford better devices.
