Important Note:
1. Following the update to this version, when backup is enabled, the Synology Photos mobile app will rescan items to check if all files are backed up in the previous version. If any unbacked-up files are found, the mobile app will automatically trigger a backup. This process will not lead to file duplication.

1. Supports setting up your deletion preference. You can choose to delete files from both your phone and Synology NAS at once or only from your Synology NAS.
Fixed Issues:
1. Fixed an issue where users might be signed out unexpectedly when using the Synology Photos mobile app.
2. Fixed an issue where backing up a large amount of files might cause an insufficient storage error.

Live Photos and Hidden
It would be really cool to have a "Hidden Section" to hide certain photos or folders - that would be the best. There are photos I don't want to see every time I look at my memories, like photos with my ex. Live photos also don't seem to work very well…
Is the new version ok?
Hello, in the past the application did not support the location of the photos taken, etc., can I now trust the application 100% after the update and move my photos with additional information to the NAS? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Last update crash. app cannot be used for 100%
After Last update the app crashed and do not open (aktualizace databáze,následně appka spadne). App can not update photos in Backround,i have to sync photo manually. Geo data in videos is not synchronized, all videos is whitout geo exif data. Playing videos stored in Phone in this app is very slow (slow loading), Although i have good connection. I canceled Google Photos and I don't know if I did well...

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have released version 2.0.1 to address this issue.
If you might have renamed or moved previously backed-up files: After updating to 2.0.1, we suggest disabling photo backups and re-enabling backup new photos only to prevent duplicate backups. You may need to manually upload files that were added during the time the Photos app was not operational.
