Totally incredible app! Things which normally takes me about 30 minutes in photoshop I can do here in 5! (of course not everything) but for fast changes just perfect.
Dishonest Behavior of the Company

The app itself is quite handy and not expensive at the moment. However, the company does not behave honestly, and I could even call it a scam. Years ago, I purchased the app — for a small amount, yes, but I paid for it. Now, however, I cannot export even a single photo without paying a monthly subscription. The app pretends to “restore purchases” to make it look like I still have access, but in reality, you only get the free tools, which are basically useless since you can’t even save your photo. So the company took my money, and I can no longer use the app I rightfully paid for. That’s what I call fraud. You could at least treat better the people who supported you from the beginning. For that reason, I won’t give you any more money and will uninstall the app.

Sorry for the frustration — you did buy the app and are automatically on the Retouch Core plan, so you can export photos edited with the core tools at no extra cost. Exports are blocked only when a premium tool (Erase AI, Backgrounds, Blur, Face Retouch, Person Removal) was used — those require a subscription. If you can’t export while using only core tools, tell us and we’ll help.
Used to be amazing — now full of issues

I usually don’t write reviews, but the recent state of this app forced me to. I paid for it and it used to be fantastic — now it’s honestly frustrating to use.On my iPhone 12 the app overheats the phone even when just navigating menus, it lags a lot and sometimes even disconnects my AirPods Pro 2. Exporting photos often fails with a “file damaged” message — only after several restarts it finally works.This really looks like a problem introduced in recent updates. On top of that, privacy terms have changed in a way that doesn’t feel great either.To be clear — no other app on my phone behaves like this, I swear. So the issue is definitely not the device, but the app.I truly hope the developers fix this soon. It used to be one of my favorite tools, but right now it’s nearly unusable.
