Drivers

I rarely use your app since it’s much more expensive than bolt. But when I do use it, your drivers always drive in the opposite direction to force me to cancel. ETA says 5 minutes and I always wait more just to discover that they have no intention to come. You could penalize them or cut their rate at least for this behavior. Once they even lied about me not being with a mask to be able to cancel me because they weren’t where they’re supposed to be.

What is it with Uber?

I am not only the user of UBER ( all over the Europe) but also its devoted supporter for many years.
Somehow the service is getting worse... in many ways:
1) accesss restricted areas (like around Charles Bridge) are according to the law accesible for ANY service for residents. Uber drives often do not now exactly that they are allowed to drive to that or that place. They wait at some other place and problems arise (paying for waiting etc.)
2) lately more often happens that drivers choose absolutely unreasonable (and much longer) route to the destination - if you are not a driver yourself, you might not notice. But it happens quite often. The app lets you to appeove the payment for the ride before...well, the price can sound reasonable, you need a drive - so you agree. Later you can be only very surprised, why the route chosen was twice longer than it might have been...(I am not talking about the traffic jams and navi using those info...it happened repeatedly during nights with no reason- just a WRONG WAY chosen!
I am kind of dissappointed by the “developement” of this service.

Theres a reason why i prefer Bolt over Uber

I rarely order Uber, only in cases when Bolt is not available, but each one of the encounters with the Uber drivers left me unsatisfied, many of them just drive past your location, and when you call them, they were silent for 10 seconds and ended a call.
The fee for 40 kc, doesn't make sense to me at all, the two times i cancelled the ride, was when the driver was not moving for 5 minutes straight, and when Uber is asking you for a reason of cancellation, you confidently press "the driver wasnt moving", but oh uh, you still have to pay the fee, the reason doesn't really matter. First time i decided to not go against it, but the second time the same honest mistake, im deleting the app, and never coming to it again, please fix your app.
