We are making it easier to manage the pages on your site and add more pages to your site. The new Pages tab shows all your pages in a list with their name, address, and if they are published to make it easier to find and manage all your pages. And the new Page Template Library makes it easier to find great page designs you can use for your site to make adding new pages faster and easier. You can even save your own Page Templates to customize your workflow. We will continue making new Page Templates for all the types of pages you want for your site. This update includes small improvements to image loading to make it faster and more data efficient. Have you tried our new Page Templates yet? It is now easier than ever to find a template for a new page on your existing website. You can even save your own pages as templates to make creating multiple pages with the same design faster than ever.

We have added several popular Chinese service icons to the Link Block for Bilibili, Netease Music Cloud, and QQ Music. We also fixed a rare bug when sharing your site to Instagram shortly after publishing.

We are making it easier than ever to expand your website with additional pages. You can now create your own Page Templates for common pages like new product pages or blog posts. Any pages you create regularly just got faster and easier. There is also a new Page Template Library. This library will include all the Page Templates available within Universe in one place. So you can search and find just the right page to expand your website. The Page Template library has multiple copies of common pages like a contact page in different styles as well as one of a kind pages like an aftercare guide perfect for your Tattoo Studio. Whatever page you need for your site, you can find it in the Page Template Library.

We are working to make sure you stay connected while editing your website. This update includes some improved checking and simplified error messages when your device loses a connection to the internet.

We are always working on something big. But sometimes we need to take a break and ship something small. This week we are adding a keyboard short cut to let you delete selected blocks on Mac and iPad. We always wanted this and now you have it too!

The internet is a wonderful place. It connects us, gives us a canvas for self expression, and empowers us to shape our world. But your connection to the web can be fragile. Fleeting cell tower connections, bouncing wifi networks, and content blockers in between make it a challenge to stay connected. To keep you connected while building your own corner of the internet we have added additional resilience to Universe’s connection management. Universe will now retry a few extra times automatically, share better error messages when connections fail, and offer some tips for fixing your connection if your device has any trouble.

One of you asked us to add support for Simple Analytics — a privacy-first analytics platform. We investigated and feel like we found a kindred spirit! It's simple, protects visitor privacy, and makes understanding your website traffic easy. So we added the simplest support for Simple Analytics possible. All you have to do is visit the Audience tab and flip a switch. Thats it!

We are always working to make Universe easier to use. Sometimes that means a little education. For example, did you know you can get lower transaction fees for your sales? Complete sites include 0% transaction fees on all orders. Payment processing fees still apply. We made it easier to learn this on your own in the Commerce tab.

It's the small things that make a difference sometimes. We improved how we determine if you are trying to drag your block to move it or drag the edge of a block to resize it. This should make editing your layout a little easier and a little more fun.

Going from a few huge items to a few small items could scroll the block off screen before. Now it should remain in view with less jumping around.
