Fusswege, Zeit und Distanzangaben (zu Fuss)
Sehr geehrte ÜSTRA und Entwickler dieser App, irgendetwas funktioniert nicht mit der Berechnung von Fusswegen und Meter-Angaben. Man kann nicht eine Viertelstunde brauchen für 87 m, und auch nicht 3 Minuten für 260 m. Ausserdem erwarte ich, dass Fusswege auf der Karte korrekt dargestellt werden, und nicht nur von der Aufstiegshaltestelle der Stadtbahn ein paar Meter weiter und wieder zurück zur Haltestelle. was soll das denn???
Mein endgültiges Ziel liegt nach einem Fussweg von 250 m, dorthin sollte der Fussweg auch eingezeichnet werden. Glücklicherweise kenne ich mich in Hannover sehr gut aus, bin aber im Moment als Gast in der Stadt auf Stadtbahn und die App angewiesen, jedoch Leute von ausserhalb sind mit dieser App sehr schlecht bedient. Bitte unbedingt korrigieren!
Fehler des neuesten Updates sind behoben.
Ich hatte hier rezensiert:
„Seit dem neusten Update kann man das Ticket „Aufpreis 1. Klasse für Deutschlandticket“ nicht mehr kaufen. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung „Dieses Produkt ist in diesem Shop nicht kaufbar. Sie können es über alternative Vertriebswege beziehen.“ Letzteres stimmt aber laut Website des GVH nicht. Man konnte und kann es nie über die GVH App beziehen.“
Inzwischen sind die Fehler aber behoben. Danke dafür.

Das Problem wurde behoben und die Zusatzprodukte für das Deutschlandticket sind weiterhin verfügbar.
Sie können sich gern auch per E-Mail an mobilitaetsshop@uestra.de wenden, um ein Problem mit der App mitzuteilen, das möglicherweise noch nicht anderweitig erkannt wurde.
Sprache
Meine App ist komplett nur auf englisch und kann es nicht auf deutsch umstellen.

Die Sprache der App folgt der Einstellung für das Betriebssystem. Sobald dieses auf eine andere Sprache als "deutsch" eingestellt ist, wechselt die App automatisch auf "englisch". Wenn Sie die ÜSTRA-App trotzdem auf deutsch nutzen möchten, öffnen Sie "Einstellungen > ÜSTRA > Bevorzugte Sprache" und wählen Sie "deutsch".
