App schön und gut, aber..
Die neue App an sich ist schön, schnell und übersichtlich. Aber bringt einem nichts, wenn Fahrplanverspätungen nie angezeigt werden, selbst bei Ausfällen kommt nichts. Wär ja kein Problem, wenn die Busse wenigstens Normal fahren würden und nicht nur sporadisch.
Fehler des neuesten Updates sind behoben.
Ich hatte hier rezensiert:
„Seit dem neusten Update kann man das Ticket „Aufpreis 1. Klasse für Deutschlandticket“ nicht mehr kaufen. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung „Dieses Produkt ist in diesem Shop nicht kaufbar. Sie können es über alternative Vertriebswege beziehen.“ Letzteres stimmt aber laut Website des GVH nicht. Man konnte und kann es nie über die GVH App beziehen.“
Inzwischen sind die Fehler aber behoben. Danke dafür.

Das Problem wurde behoben und die Zusatzprodukte für das Deutschlandticket sind weiterhin verfügbar.
Sie können sich gern auch per E-Mail an mobilitaetsshop@uestra.de wenden, um ein Problem mit der App mitzuteilen, das möglicherweise noch nicht anderweitig erkannt wurde.
Sehr praktische App
Es wäre schön, wenn auch Verfrühungen angezeigt werden würden, nicht nur Verspätungen. Ansonsten gut gelungen
