Peter zu Allianz Travel App
Sehr gute mobile Verfügbarkeit des Reise Versicherungsschutzes. Eine logische Fortsetzung der Digitalisierung auch für den Reiseversicherungsschutz im Jahr 2021.
Ausbaufähig währen für mich noch die länderspezifischen Angaben zu Reisen unter Pandemiebedingungen. Gerade unter der Pandemie ist der Versicherungsschutz und Bereitstellung von Test Zertifikaten und Versicherungsschutz Dokumenten eine sehr wichtige Reisevorraussetzung.
Reiseversicherung
Gerade installiert, die App scheint problemlos zu funktionieren.
Ich hoffe es bleibt so.
Keine Aktualisierung des Schutzes in der APP
An sich ganz gut, logisch und prinzipiell praktisch auf Reisen. ABER: Die Allianz bekommt es nicht hin (seit mehreren Monaten) den Versicherungsschein trotz Schutz zu aktualisieren. Somit konnte ich meinen Versicherungsfall nicht über die APP melden sondern musste den komplizierteren Weg wählen und es per Mail melden, worauf ewig nicht reagiert wird. Nicht sehr schön als Versicherungsnehmer wenn man immer schön einzahlt.
