The Amplifon app helps you adjust quickly and easily to using your hearing aids. It explains how to use all their capabilities, and it gives help and advice on how to wear, clean and maintain them. It is compatible with all Amplifon hearing aids that have Bluetooth® technology.

Die App läuft inzwischen sehr stabil
Bedienbarkeit, Übersichtlichkeit und variable Einstellungen sehr ansprechend! Die Verbindungssicherheit zu den Hörgeräten ist inzwischen auch im TV-Modus stabil.
Zwei Wünsche habe ich noch:
1. Ideal wäre es, die Lautstärkeregelung und Stummschaltung im Smartphone vom gesperrten Bildschirm aus steuern zu können, ohne erst zu Entsperren und die App zu starten.
2. Hilfreich wäre es, sich die mit dem Hörgeräteakustiker voreingestellten Grundparameter der Programme im Detail anzeigen zu lassen, auch wenn diese für Veränderungen gesperrt sind, um im Bedarfsfall schnell den Parameter identifizieren zu können, den man in der Tragesituation anpassen möchte. Ansonsten muss man das auf gut Glück versuchen und braucht dafür entsprechend lange.

Die App bietet viele Informationen. Praktisch ist die Möglichkeit der Terminvereinbarung.
Meine neuen Hörgeräte mit App
Zunächst ein großes Lob an die Hersteller der Hörgeräte und auch an die App Erzeuger, dass ihr dieses möglich macht um Hörgeschädigten menschen damit mehr lebensqualität zurück gegeben werden kann. Ich finde den Aufbau und die bedienung der App sehr selbsterklärend, allerdings gibt es häufiger Kopplungsprobleme , die etwas nervig sind, da man den Prozess der wiederherstellung erneut machen muss. Dann werde ich mir wünschen, dass noch voreingestellt Programme für unterschiedliche Lebenssituationen eingebaut werden. Zum beispiel man ist auf einer Großveranstaltung, oder in der Oper, im Restaurant oder Brauhaus, am Flughafen oder in der Bahn. Es ist also noch ausbaufähig.
