The AskCody Mobile App is simple, fast, and responsive and makes it perfect for booking ad-hoc meetings and desks on the go. The app is a true timesaver when you need a place to meet and collaborate, by giving you a complete overview of free rooms or workstations near you.
The AskCody Mobile App brings simplicity to your workday by providing a complete and easy overview of your whole workday and will notify you if you have any pending meeting invitations. To ensure you have every detail about your meeting set up, the app will let you know if you forgot to book a room for your meeting - ensuring that you and your co-workers always have a place to meet and collaborate.
To empower you to find the exact room you need, the app offers intelligent filtering and search capabilities and will provide you with an overview of the most fitting rooms based on your specific needs for capacity, equipment, amenities and services. If you have any preferred meeting locations, the app lets you filter based on which meeting rooms appear in close proximity to you.
To get the complete control over your on-going meetings, you can edit the meeting’s duration by ending or extending it, without any need to use a meeting room display or your laptop. When you find yourself in need of more time than scheduled, you are provided with different time intervals to extend your meeting, with the possibility to extend the meeting up until another meeting will take place in that room. Freeing up resources for other colleagues to use by ending a meeting early can be crucial to good utilization of your workspaces.

This App works in conjunction with the AskCody Meeting Management Platform for organizations on the Essentials Plan.
To use the AskCody Mobile App it is a requirement that your organization has an active subscription for AskCody, and that you have a Microsoft Work Account to log in. Setup and configuration of a workplace, workstations, meeting rooms, and room amenities are managed through the AskCody Platform.
