BATA is the ultimate one stop App for Breakdown, Accidents and general towing. Forget looking for a Tow Truck via the internet when you may be vulnerable and distressed. BATA will assist you all the way, retaining all relevant information for you, your Insurer and panel shop, finding a tow truck of YOUR choice via a simple App. Tow Truck operators will have ratings from previous job reviews from customers. It will locate the tow trucks in your vicinity and give you choice. You will be able to interact with the operator (NO CALL CENTRES). The App will allow you to upload the data from the site, whether preloaded or manually doing it at the scene. From other party’s details, photos of the incident, date, time, conditions of the road and weather, location, details of witnesses etc. Your tow truck will be in real time and both located for ease and comfort of arrival.
For accidents, the ease locating the tow truck of YOUR choice will be at hand, as well as trusted services they are affiliated with and upfront quotes available in real time. Take the stress out of finding the relevant service and provider if you find yourself stranded. Payments completed online via electronic transaction.
For general Towing, get quotes for machinery, boats, caravans, containers, vehicles to be towed from point A to point B. hassle free. Interacting directly with the Operators.
At the completion of the service carried out, you will be requested to leave a review and this will be added to the operators ratings screen.

The App will also have an option of an E log type ability to use for vehicle tax purposes for accountancy and for future sale of the vehicle registered with BATA.
