Bookbot is a book-reading app for practising readers. Use this learning app to access a virtual reading assistant that will listen to your child read out loud, helping them as they go along. Also included in the app is a library of specially written books that will guide your child through their reading journey.

Bookbot is an English learning app with a difference: it actually listens to your child as they learn to read, highlighting the words and stopping when they make a mistake. Readers can either have another go at reading the word correctly or listen to the word being read by Bookbot before they continue.

Bookbot was developed by a team that is passionate about creating the best learn-to-read app based on scientifically proven techniques. Using a phonics approach endorsed by numerous reading experts, Bookbot will develop your child’s reading confidence at their pace. Bookbot was inspired by children who need a dyslexia app, but it works for everyone.

‘Just right’ reading levels - Individually selected books based on your child’s current reading ability - your child can enjoy success whilst stretching them just enough.

Guided progress - The line your child is reading is highlighted as they speak, encouraging focus and fluency. It’s like having your finger following their reading.

Immediate feedback - Words are de-emphasised as your child reads them correctly - they get an instant sense of confidence and achievement.

No more guessing - Words that are Incorrectly read are identified and spoken by Bookbot before your child can continue reading.

Easy on the eye - specially chosen fonts, careful use of spacing and page colours all make the reading experience as easy as possible.

** Bookbot Subscription **

• The subscription period is monthly from when the subscription is confirmed.
• Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and is charged at the subscription you have selected.
• The user may manage subscriptions, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
