Gegen Schlafstörungen, SUPER!
Mein Arzt hat mir die 478 Atemtechnik mit dieser App aufgrund meiner Schlafstörung empfohlen. Morgens nur drei Minuten vor dem aufstehen und Abends ebenfalls drei Minuten vor dem Zubettgehen. Ich bin nach nur zwei Wochen wesentlich entspannter und ruhiger. Meine Nächte sind auch sehr viel entspannter. Ich wache zwar weiterhin immer mal auf, schlafe aber immer wieder ein. Vorher waren meine Nächte bei dem ersten Wachwerden, immer so zwischen 2:00 und 2:30 zu Ende. Nun weckt mich der Wecker um 6:00 und ich starte entspannt in den Tag. Ich empfehle die Kaufversion ohne störender Werbung. Für mich ist diese App perfekt.
Entspannend, Beruhigend, Stressabbau
Die individuellen Einstellungen sind leicht verständlich und nützlich. Gelungen ist die Tonbegleitung wenn man mit geschlossenen Augen entspannende Atemübungen macht. Ich habe gleich die günstige Vollversion gekauft, da ich überzeugt bin, das die folgenden Upgrade genau so sinnvoll werden. Die App ist definitiv wertvoll für Menschen, die damit umgehen können und wollen. Super App >>> Kaufempfehlung <<<
Das ist die beste App
Schon nach drei Tagen hab ich nie wieder geschwitzt , ich bin seit eine Woche komplett trocken das ist das beste was mir je passiert ist vielen Dank
und natürlich gleich als Vollversion gekauft
