Calisthenics, or bodyweight exercises, is a form of physical training that uses the body as main source of resistance. It requires minimal equipment and aims at improving strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. It is also called “bodyweight training” or “street workout”.

Great App!

Finally I found the app I was looking for. Tried many but none of them was as customizable as this one. Great work and worth the premium features.

It’s a great app!

I like pretty much everything about the app and it’s structure so far, but there is a mistake. When one goes to program parameters, at the bottom it’ll say, high volume and low intensity for cardio and low volume and high intensity for strength training. As far as I know it should be the other way around.

I confirm the app is correct, but it might need to be rephrased to add clarity...

Strength training = low amount of reps (low volume), close to your maximum ability (high intensity).
Cardio = many reps (high volume) that are easier to perform (low intensity).

Best App out there

This is literally the best app you can get for calistenics out there. And you can even use it for free. It creates a training plan for you and helps you editing it for your desires. Great app!
