I don’t like APPs and, being located overseas, I was very disconcerted with not being able to access my account at all in order to pay bills.So I had to buy an extra SIM card in order to set up this APP by phone, in order for it to work correctly. I couldn’t even access my account online, it was blocked.I see this as a tactic to make people get the APP.All in all, although the set up cost me four hours of my time — and the call center had to unblock my account for whatever reason — in the end, the APP and internet worked for my account and is still working.Good enough.Until the next update...

My email address is German!! I live in Germany but I always get messages that it is incorrect!! Which it is not!!!!! I’ve asked to be put in contact with the technical department to solve this issue but no one in the message center can/will help….. terrible
