Starting from February 23rd at 10:00, Cityscoot offers its service in Paris exclusively through Cooltra.
What do you need to do now?
1. Download the Cooltra app.
2. Log in to Cooltra with your Cityscoot credentials.
3. There you go! You can now book your scooter and travel while enjoying your benefits.
Plus, you get 15 free minutes per day until March 22nd.

App eher Flop. Scooter top.
Es hat 5 Tage gedauert, bis der Account endlich aktiviert wurde. Im Anschluss hatte ich viel mit Verbindungsproblemen in der App zu kämpfen. Wenn dann aber mal alles lief hat es viel Spaß gemacht und wir waren immer schnell am Ziel. Preis ist voll okay: 22€ für 1:40h wenn man vorab bezahlt.

Registration process takes way too long
The registration progress of this app is complicated and takes too long. I have registered in multiple other mobility services. All went very fast and were completed within a few minutes. Here it is not very clear for the customer what is missing to complete the process.
