PLAN TOMORROW, TODAY
DayPrep is a refreshingly simple daily task planner that helps you reduce morning stress by planning tomorrow tonight. With smart organization, automatic rollover, and complete privacy, it's the minimalist planning app you've been looking for.
WHY DAYPREP?
Most task apps overwhelm you with endless features, complicated hierarchies, and guilt-inducing overdue lists. DayPrep takes a different approach: simple time-based organization that mirrors how you actually think about your day.
Plan tomorrow before bed with optional evening reminders. Wake up knowing exactly what needs to get done. Start each day with clarity and confidence.
HOW IT WORKS
DayPrep organizes your tasks into three simple sections:
- TODAY - What you're doing right now
- TOMORROW - What you're planning for next
- FUTURE - Your backlog for ideas and long-term tasks
At midnight, the app automatically rolls over: Today becomes history, Tomorrow becomes Today, and any incomplete tasks move to Future. No endless overdue lists. No guilt. Just fresh starts, every day.
KEY FEATURES
Smart Daily Rollover
Incomplete tasks automatically move to your Future backlog at midnight. Keep focused on what matters today without losing track of what matters later.
Evening Reminders
Set a customizable reminder (12 PM - midnight) to plan tomorrow before bed. Deep links directly to your Tomorrow section so you can start planning immediately.
Effortless Task Management
- Swipe right to complete or uncomplete tasks
- Swipe left to delete (with confirmation)
- Tap any task to edit it inline
- Drag and drop to reorder within sections
- Move tasks between Tomorrow and Future with drag-and-drop
- Quick Add fields in each section for rapid entry
Completed Task Archive
Completed tasks stay visible with strikethrough until midnight, giving you that satisfying sense of accomplishment. After 30 days, they automatically archive to keep your app running smoothly.
100% Private
Your tasks live only on your device. No cloud sync. No accounts. No data collection. The only data that leaves your phone is anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs. Your to-dos are truly yours.
Beautiful and Intuitive
Clean Material Design 3 interface with automatic dark mode following your system preferences. Thoughtful animations and helpful empty states guide you through the app.
