I was surprised to receive an email from Dialpad stating that my account had been permanently restricted — despite never knowingly using their service. If I did sign up at some point, I never actually used it due to missing features I needed (like calling UK landlines and mobiles). What’s worse is that they refuse to explain why, citing “internal systems” as the reason. Very opaque and frustrating experience, especially for a service I was only beginning to explore for professional use.
