Awesome App, but ….
App is really cool .
I really like everything of it .
But since 2 month I can’t download my videos on my phone . It always says: “ session no exist “.
I only can watch it in my app . I normally cut my videos and share it with friends . It’s not possible .
What can I do dear support team ??
Would give 5 Stars but I can’t at the moment

Thank you for your feedback! Please kindly reset your dragy device and try to connect again, if the problem persists please kindly contact support@godragy.com for further assistance: please disconnect Dragy and wait 30 seconds until the light is totally turned off. Then reset Dragy by charging Dragy for 1-2 seconds and unplug the charging cable, and try again with waiting for over 1 minute in the open sky.
