Gute App, leider ein kleiner Fehler bei der Option „Konto“
Die App ist cool gestaltet und die Funktion, dass man direkt auf den aktuellen Katalog zugreifen kann. So kann man gut andere Artikel finden, die zu dem Artikel passen, den man gerade ausgewählt hat. Leider kann man die Funktionen unter dem Reiter „Konto“ nicht wirklich nutzen. Wenn ich mir meine Aufträge ansehen möchte, dann werde ich immer auf die Startseite vom Shop geleitet. Danach kann ich die den Reiter „Konto“ auch nicht mehr öffnen und werde dann direkt wieder zur Startseite vom Shop geleitet. Erst wenn ich die App neu starte, kann ich wieder auf das Menu vom „Konto“ gehen. Meine Aufträge kann ich aber nur mit viel Glück öffnen, wenn ich nicht zur Startseite geleitet werde. Bisher gab es leider noch kein Update, das das Problem behebt.
Bisher super, momentan Totalausfall
Ich habe in den letzten paar Jahren die App gerne genutzt und war durchaus zufrieden damit.
Heute bekomme ich allerdings IN DER APP die Info, dass mein Browser veraltet sei und ich einen anderen Browser wählen soll. Weder kann ich nun die App nutzen, noch über meine beiden Browser (Chrome, Safari) auf die Homepage zugreifen. Ich wollte grade etwas bestellen…
Hat das Support-Team eine Idee, was da los ist? (Habe letzte Nacht auf iOS 16.7 gewechselt, kann das sein? Muss ich nun alle Apps updaten? Die E.S. App habe ich bereits de- und neuinstalliert…)

Zwar gut aber noch nicht vollständig
Leider viele Fehler vorhanden. Ich kann mich zwar einloggen aber mehr kann ich mit dem Konto nicht tun da ich immer wieder direkt zur Startseite geführt werde. Gehe ich direkt auf den Shop komme ich nicht zurück ins Hauptmenü da dort mein letzter Artikel geöffnet wird den die App sich gespeichert hat aber ich mir als aller erstes nach App Installation angeschaut habe. Jetzt habe ich einen Artikel in die merkliste hinzugefügt und wollte auf zurück gehen, bleibt er dort hängen und macht wieder die merkliste auf. Auch der warenkorb hat sich selbstständig gemacht. Ich fügte einen Artikel hinzu und später weitere. Er löschte den ersten Artikel komplett raus. Nachdem mir an der Hotline sofort und ohne große Probleme der Artikel noch nachträglich hinzugefügt wurde ging es nochmal gut. Am nächsten Tag als ich mich einloggte war der gelöschte Artikel auf einmal wieder in meinem warenkorb drin. Bitte mit dem nächsten Update nachbessern.
