Equalution is a platform for understanding the nutritional needs of your body together with a premium coaching experience ensuring you achieve your goals, improve your relationship with food as well as your overall health, fitness and wellbeing through your diet.

Tailored to all body transformation goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, weight management or even just fuelling your body with what it needs to boost your health, the Equalution App uses a science based strategy to tweak your daily targets based on your progress. This strategy allows optimal results to be achieved and weekly accountability with your coach allows for all the support you require on your journey along the way. Equalution is your vehicle to results while educating you on your body's needs to achieve these goals and sustain your results long term.

The Equalution App allows you to submit your weekly check in, any food preferences you may have for your meal plan, chat to your coach and reach out for support or assistance when it comes to tracking your food and meeting your daily targets with food of your choice. Track your water intake and conveniently shop for your meal plan with your grocery list.
