Welcome to the EyeFlex innovative eye physiotherapy workout and relaxation app. The app is designed to address myopia condition and strengthen eyes extraocular muscles. Taks include following moving objects and completing other eye coordination either in AR (Augmented-reality) mode and Simple mode.
If you opt for AR (Augmented-reality) mode, ensure stability by finding a fixed spot and maintain it throughout the session. Regardless of the mode, focus your gaze on the moving objects, practicing smooth and controlled eye movements without excessive head motion.
Consistent training is key to improvement, so allocate regular time slots for practice and follow instructions!
