This isn’t just a game. It’s a visual training tool built for artists who want to sharpen how they see. Using only Red, Yellow, Blue, and White, Flesh Master™ helps you identify the balance behind every skin tone: Is it more yellow? More red? More muted? Brighter? With repeated play, you begin to spot these differences instantly.
Flesh Master™ is used by Oscar-, Emmy-, and BAFTA-winning makeup artists to improve their color accuracy on set. It was created by award-winning special effects artist and director Rod Maxwell, who served as Innovation Lead on films including Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Disney’s live-action Moana. He has taught special effects and color theory for over a decade, helping artists refine how they see and mix color under real-world conditions.
The app draws on real-world pigment behavior—not digital shortcuts—so what you learn applies directly to makeup, painting, photography, and color correction.
Now fully rebuilt for the latest iOS and watchOS, the app includes a mini-game for Apple Watch, letting you train your eye anywhere, anytime.
