Online Tool für Reservierungen?
Grundsätzlich gute App, praktische Handhabung und gut organisiert. Kleinere Dinge wie der Raumplan, der leider nur für einen Raum/Bereich funktioniert und auf andere Bereiche nicht umschaltbar ist, sind etwas ärgerlich aber hinnehmbar. Jedoch ist in der App Version wohl die Einbindung in die Website nicht möglich?, online Reservierungen, der Grund des Kaufes für mich! ,leider ohne entsprechenden Onlinezugang nicht machbar.
Auf Nachfrage beim Support hieß es ich solle auf ein Update warten.. da die Appversion nicht die gleichen Funktionen wie die Web Version hätte..( davon steht leider nichts in der Beschreibung der App ) nochmal beim Support nachgefragt, keine Reaktion mehr. Wirklich Ärgerlich!!!

Sehr gute App mit kleinen Abzügen
War auf der Suche nach einer digitalen Lösung für unser herkömmliches Reservierungsbuch und bin auf viele völlig überteuerte Systeme gestoßen... Bin dann bei eTender hängengeblieben und nutze diese App seit Jahren. Bin absolut zufrieden und kann sie nur jedem empfehlen !!!! Ein paar kleine Abstriche gibt es leider, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Ich habe 4 Räume und die Terrasse angelegt, da muss man etwas kompliziert hin und her springen beim reservieren. Man kann keine Personen an einen bereits belegten Tisch dazu buchen ohne zu "überbuchen" (bei gleicher Uhrzeit ist es in der Tabelle nicht lesbar) . Man kann "offline" nichts eintragen , das ist hinderlich, wenn das W-Lan wieder mal schwankt.... Ansonsten sehr leichte Handhabung und sehr übersichtlich...!!! Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut 👍🏼
Super App
Auf jeden Fll super App. Man muss kein Buch hin und her schleppen - wenn ich frei hab nehme immer das Buch mit heim.
Es wäre super wenn auch die Feiertage im Kalender aufgezeichnet wären, oder wenn man Notiz rein machen könnte - für Private Termine - da ich nach Reservierungen schaue wann ich z. B. ein Artzt Termin ausmachen kann und die Mitarbeiter wissen, dass kch nicht da bin. Dann gibt es 5 Stern :-)
