How It Works
Gym Timer consists of three essential timers to guide you through your gym session:
• Prepare Timer: As soon as you hit 'Start,' the Prepare Timer kicks in. Use this time to get into position and mentally prepare for the fitness routine ahead.
• Start Timer: After preparation, the Start Timer begins. This is your cue to start your exercise, whether it's lifting weights, doing squats, or any other activity.
• Rest Timer: Once the Start Timer ends, the Rest Timer starts automatically. Take this time to catch your breath, hydrate, and get ready for the next set.
The Start and Rest Timers will continue to alternate for the number of sets you've chosen. Once all sets are complete, Gym Timer will notify you that your gym session is finished.
