Run

This app is incredibly poorly made. It asks you where you feel sore just to give you exercises for exactly that muscle group. Nothing works as intended. It’s nothing short of a scam. Run.

A good start for a science based app.

The Hypertrophy App gives you a clear and easy to understand training setup which I like a lot.
Still it is clearly visible that this is a first version and it has quite a way to go until it is worth the cost.

Thanks anyway. I like and use it consistently!
