Not usable for non HK residents. You first need a local phone number (ok that’s doable) but can only top up the card with a HK credit card. So the app is pointless for any travelers or even people staying here little bit longer but without residence. Add least add PayPal as option!!! Wasted 30min for the whole Registration process…
