Nach vielen jahrelangen Tests diverser Anbieter bin ich vor kurzem auf diese App gestoßen. Sie ist ein All in One Tool welche den alltäglichen Arbeitsablauf enorm erleichtert. Auch die kritischsten Mitarbeiter sind von der App begeistert. Über den Teamchat, die Aufgabenverwaltung sowie die digitale Projekt- und Einsatzplanung bietet das System außerdem eine sehr gute Formularfunktion. Die App ersetzt zudem das Intranet. Alle Informationen und Regeln können in einem Firmenwiki abgebildet werden. Ebenso können Kurse für die Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter erstellt werden. Schick ist auch das Bonussystem mit welchen man seine Mitarbeiter mit Einkaufsgutscheinen belonen kann. Das System bietet noch viele weitere Features wie Umfragen, Veranstaltungsorganisation und weitere nette kleine Spielereien welche die Mitarbeiter mögen. If you are interested to get a platform application that ist suitable for your company with diversity of solution for communication, Efficient Workflow, monitoring the activities of your Employees, want to exactly who where und how the Job Task assigned to them are being carry out, irrespective where they are, then i highly recommend this Application. I leave in Germany and belief me i have try so many application just looking for an Application that could solve the problem. Until i accidentally download the Application . At First i was skeptical until i begin to discover all what i could do with the application .I am very very please and satisfy with this application. Although the Application is a little expensive. But it worth it.The test period Is very good so i was having the time to get to no the application.

4.8? HOW?! Synchronisation bad, user experience bad.

We’ve been using this app for a few months now, almost a year. The synchronisation between web app and mobile app is garbage, simply not working. I put hours in the app and my team leader simply didn’t see them in the web app because it didn’t carry over. Inputs I made are suddenly gone. The whole web overlay is only good to be tossed out really, all the time there‘s things not working, making planning and putting in availabilities annoying and difficult. Releasing a schedule automatically (planned release) doesn’t work, so it has to be done manually every week. I’m still wondering how I can change the hours I have put in in the beginning of using the app and set to x years, because I want to set them for fewer weeks into the future. There needs to be a lot of work done before this app truly deserves a 4.8 rating and before it stops giving the whole team a headache.
